This consists of 3 courses (starter, main course and dessert) that vary daily, which are based on signature food with touches of traditional Chilean food but having as main objective the pleasure and personalized treatment to each diner.

Cordero al Palo

Patagonian lamb raised by local character Don Aquilino. This lamb is slow cooked over firewood for 4-5 hours and is accompanied by traditional preparations such as sopaipillas, pebres, chancho en piedra, boiled potatoes and a variety of salads.
